Spiritual direction is intentional time and space for you to partner with your spiritual director and the Holy Spirit to explore the work of God in and around you. Each session provides a quiet pause amidst the demands of life and an opportunity to engage more deeply with God and His transformative work.

Spiritual direction is a restorative gift in my life, and it brings me great joy to walk alongside others as they seek God. Many people come looking for space to process through questions, hurts, and ways to grow spiritually.
